All you need to do is fill in your personal information online and come to the An Oath Office to sign the notice of Intended Marriage within 3-1 months before the marriage, and then you can complete the marriage registration process

How to Make Your Names Correct?
Chinese and English Names
If both Chinese and English names are printed on the identity documents, both Chinese and English names must be filled out.
English Names
The English surname should be placed at the beginning, and the order of names, comma positions, and spaces between English names must follow what they appear in the identity documents. English names will be displayed in capital letters.

Marital Status
It you have never been married anywhere in the world, you should choose
- "Bachelor" or "Spinster"
If you were married before, you should choose
- "Widower" or "Widow"
- "Divorced Person"
- "Previous Marriage Annulled"
- to specify your former marital status which is restored when your previous marriage was voided
If you were married more than once before, the relevant documents of all your former marriages must be produced and you should choose the marital status to which your latest marriage gave rise.
Legal Consequences of Wrong Data Input
The Worst Comes to the Worst
- The Registrar of Marriages rejects your marriage application
- You are not able to get married as planned.
Disappointing Result
- $300-$500 is payable by you for data update and submission of the marriage certificate to the Marriage Registry for manual revision.
- However, only clerical errors may be corrected and no replacement of the marriage certificate will be made.
